Clarity Financial Training provides structured training and study support for the CeRER – Certificate in Regulated Equity Release.
Our CeRER training is designed to help qualified mortgage advisers develop the knowledge needed to understand regulated equity release and prepare for the LIBF CeRER assessment.
You can study through classroom, live webinar or distance learning, depending on the way you prefer to learn.
To date, students who have completed our CeRER training have achieved a 100% pass rate.
Complete CeRER Training
Our tutor-led CeRER course is delivered over 2 days, from 9.30am to 5pm.
The course works through the CeRER syllabus in a structured way, using clear explanations, practical examples, visual learning and question practice to help you build your understanding of equity release.
The training covers the key areas of the qualification, including:

- Lifetime mortgages
- Home reversion plans
- Client needs and suitability

Classroom CeRER Training
Our classroom courses provide face-to-face tutor-led training in a structured learning environment.
Students can ask questions throughout the course, work through examples with the tutor and reinforce their learning with mock-style questions and supporting materials.
Classroom training is available at our Potters Bar or Enfield locations, subject to scheduled course dates.
Live Webinar CeRER Training
Our live webinar courses provide the same structured tutor-led training online through Cisco Webex.
You can join from home or work, interact with the tutor in real time and ask questions throughout the course.
Live webinars generally run over 2 days from 9.30am to 5pm.
CeRER Distance Learning
Our distance-learning option allows you to study CeRER at your own pace using recordings of tutor-led training sessions.
Your distance-learning resources can include:
