CeMAP Diploma Course – How Clarity FT Runs the Course

At Clarity Financial Training Ltd, we provide a complete 7-day CeMAP Diploma training programme, split into two sessions covering the Advanced Mortgage Advice (AMA) objective examination and coursework.

AMA Objective Examination – 5-Day Course

Our 5-day tutor-led course (9.30am to 5pm) prepares students for the Advanced Mortgage Advice objective examination.

The course works through the syllabus in a structured topic order and includes:

The workshop is tailored to the relevant coursework requirements and helps students understand how to analyse the information provided, formulate appropriate recommendations and structure their submission.

The workshop can include:

• Analysis of the fact find or case study
• Identifying relevant client circumstances and objectives
• How to structure your report
• Relevant calculations and affordability considerations
• Identifying areas requiring further analysis
• Developing suitable strategies
• Considering appropriate recommendations
• Technical support on mortgage and protection products
• Guidance on researching supporting information
• Referencing and presenting your work appropriately

Students remain responsible for completing and submitting their own coursework in accordance with the awarding body’s assessment requirements.
