“You”, “your”, “student”, “customer”, “applicant” or “candidate” means the individual purchasing or using our training services or digital products.

“Training Services” means all classroom courses, live webinars, distance learning products, online resources and digital products supplied by Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

  1. About Clarity Financial Training Ltd

Clarity Financial Training Ltd is committed to providing high-quality financial services training and learning resources.

We aim to help students achieve success in their chosen qualification by providing professionally prepared training materials, experienced tutors and supporting learning resources.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to assist students in preparing for examinations, we cannot guarantee examination success, as results depend upon each student’s individual preparation, knowledge and examination performance.

  1. Website Content

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to amend, update or remove information, course content or pricing without prior notice.

Any online calculators, learning tools or educational resources are provided for study purposes only and must not be relied upon when making financial, legal or taxation decisions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. Clarity Financial Training Ltd accepts no responsibility for the content or availability of external websites.

  1. Training Services and Digital Products

Descriptions of our training courses, distance learning products and digital resources are available on our website.

We reserve the right to amend course content, learning materials or syllabuses where necessary, including following changes made by awarding bodies or regulators.

Where customers purchase online mock assessments through the Clarity FT website, access may be provided through the separate Mock Quiz Expert platform. Use of that platform is also subject to the Mock Quiz Expert Terms and Conditions, which are provided before purchase.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our online services remain available. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates or technical reasons.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Whilst we take reasonable care in delivering our Training Services, Clarity Financial Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of our services.

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions guarantees examination success, employment opportunities or professional qualification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

  1. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • attending scheduled training sessions where applicable;
  • following tutor guidance and recommended study plans;
  • ensuring suitable internet access and equipment for online learning;
  • safeguarding their own belongings whilst attending classroom courses;
  • complying with venue health and safety requirements;
  • using all Clarity FT materials solely for their own personal study.

Students must not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise share any Clarity FT training materials without our prior written permission.

When attending live online training, students must ensure that their equipment is fully tested before the session begins.

Students must not use AI meeting assistants, AI notetakers, automated transcription services or recording tools during any live webinar without the prior written consent of Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

  1. Payment

Payment may be made using the payment methods advertised on our website.

Full payment must be received before attendance on a course or access to online learning resources is granted unless otherwise agreed.

A course place is only confirmed once payment, or any agreed deposit, has been received.

We reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers or amend prices before payment has been completed.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

Where Clarity Financial Training Ltd cancels a scheduled course, customers will be offered either:

  • an alternative course date; or
  • a full refund.

If there are insufficient fee-paying students to run a classroom course, Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to deliver the course via live webinar on the same dates. Customers should therefore ensure that any accommodation or travel arrangements are booked on a flexible basis, as Clarity Financial Training Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any accommodation, travel or other associated costs.

If a customer wishes to cancel their original booking and transfer to an alternative course date, they must notify Clarity Financial Training Ltd as soon as reasonably practical. Any transfer is subject to availability and will only be confirmed where there are sufficient fee-paying students booked onto the requested course. Until confirmation has been provided by Clarity Financial Training Ltd, a place on the alternative course date cannot be guaranteed.

Where a customer transfers to an alternative course date, Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to offer the course in the same delivery format or, where necessary, via live webinar. Classroom places are limited and priority will always be given to fee-paying customers booking that specific course.

Refunds will normally be available where cancellation is made within 14 days of booking, provided the course has not commenced and access to any digital content has not already been provided.

Where digital learning materials or online access have been supplied immediately following purchase, cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Any deposit paid to secure a course place is non-refundable.

  1. Distance Learning

Distance learning materials are supplied for the purpose of personal study and remain available for the access period specified at the time of purchase.

Access periods commence from the date the materials are made available.

Where printed course materials have been purchased, replacement copies or updated editions may be subject to an additional charge.

Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to update or amend distance learning materials where necessary to reflect changes to the syllabus or regulatory requirements.

9.1 Email Support

Where email support is included with a course, it is provided subject to a fair use policy.

Fair use means support directly relating to the course content and reasonable levels of communication.

Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to withdraw email support where it is used excessively, inappropriately or for matters unrelated to the purchased course.

Email support remains available for the period advertised with the relevant course or until the student successfully completes the qualification, whichever occurs first.

  1. Course Resits

Our resit policy applies only to eligible classroom and live webinar courses and does not apply to distance learning unless expressly stated.

Students wishing to attend a resit must:

  • have attended the original course in full;
  • have sat the relevant examination;
  • provide evidence of an unsuccessful examination result if requested; and
  • attend the resit within 12 months of the original course.

Resit places are subject to availability and sufficient numbers of fee-paying students attending the course.

Updated course materials may incur an additional charge.

Failure to attend a booked resit may result in the loss of the resit entitlement.

Where coursework forms part of the qualification, Clarity Financial Training Ltd may request evidence of an unsuccessful submission before approving attendance on any resit support session.

  1. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be amended at any time prior to payment being received.

Once payment has been accepted, the agreed purchase price will not be changed.

Course fees do not include examination registration fees unless expressly stated.

  1. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course manuals, presentations, videos, recordings, assessments, mock examinations, documents, graphics, branding, software and website content remain the intellectual property of Clarity Financial Training Ltd.

All materials are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for their own personal study.

Students must not:

  • copy, reproduce or distribute any part of our materials;
  • share their account or permit another person to access purchased content;
  • photograph, screenshot, screen record or otherwise capture our materials for distribution;
  • upload our materials to websites, forums, social media or file-sharing services;

  • use artificial intelligence, browser extensions, bots or automated software to extract, analyse or reproduce our content;
  • use our materials to create competing training products, question banks or educational resources; or
  • sell, rent, license or otherwise make our materials available to any third party.

These restrictions apply equally to all Clarity Financial Training Ltd materials, including any content accessed through the Mock Quiz Expert platform following purchase via the Clarity FT website.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in the suspension or termination of access and may also result in legal proceedings.

  1. Monitoring, Suspension and Termination of Access

To protect our intellectual property and maintain the integrity of our online services, Clarity Financial Training Ltd may monitor account activity, usage patterns and technical information associated with the use of our online platforms.

Clarity Financial Training Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access, without notice or refund where appropriate, if we reasonably believe that a user has:

Suspension or termination under this clause does not affect any other legal rights or remedies available to Clarity Financial Training Ltd.
