Our live webinars are not pre-recorded. Your course is delivered in real time by an experienced financial services tutor, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, request further explanations and interact with your tutor throughout the session.

How Do Our Live Webinars Work?
Our webinars are delivered through Cisco Webex and generally run from 9.30am to 5pm, following the same structured approach as our classroom courses.
You’ll join your tutor and other students online in real time. Complex technical subjects are broken down and explained in a clear, practical and easy-to-understand way, with examples, questions and interaction throughout the course.
All you need is a suitable computer or device, a reliable internet connection and a microphone so you can participate in the session.

Live Training – Not Pre-Recorded Tuition
The key difference with our webinar courses is that you’re attending a live course, not simply watching a recording.
If you don’t understand something, you can ask your tutor to explain it again. You can participate in discussions, work through examples and ask questions as you learn.

Live webinar training is available across our CeMAP, DiPFA and CeRER courses.
To allow sufficient time for your course materials and secure Webex joining information to be provided, live webinar courses must be booked at least 72 hours before the course begins.
