CeMAP 2 is Split into Two Units

CeMAP 2 Mortgages covers the key areas required to understand mortgage products, mortgage law and the mortgage advice process.

It forms the mortgage-specific part of the CeMAP qualification and is divided into two units:

MRT1 – Mortgage Law, Practice and Application
MRT2 – Mortgage Products and Post-Completion

CeMAP 2 Assessment

CeMAP 2 is assessed through two units:

MRT1 – Mortgage Law, Practice and Application: 50 multiple-choice questions, 1 hour, 70% pass mark
MRT2 – Mortgage Products and Post-Completion: 50 multiple-choice questions, 1 hour, 70% pass mark

Both units must be passed to complete CeMAP 2.
