Our complete CeMAP Live Webinar Course provides 10 days of tutor-led online training (9.30am to 5pm).
The programme is split into two sessions:
- FSRE – 5 days
- CeMAP 2 & 3 – 5 days
Training is delivered live through Cisco Webex, so you can see and hear your tutor, ask questions and participate throughout the course from wherever you are studying.

CeMAP Distance Learning Course
If you need greater flexibility, our CeMAP Distance Learning Course allows you to work through your training at your own pace and fit your studies around work, family and other commitments.
Unlike a live webinar, you do not need to attend training on set dates or at specific times.
Our distance learning is based on recorded tutor-led training and is created and delivered by our tutors. It is not AI-generated training.
Your distance learning resources can include:
- Recorded tutor-led training
- Structured study materials
- Whiteboards, diagrams and infographics
- Practice questions
- Access to relevant online study tools
- Mock-Quiz-Expert access
- Tutor support by email
Optional hardcopy course materials are also available.
Live Webinar or Distance Learning – Which Should I Choose?
Choose Live Webinar Training if you prefer the structure of attending scheduled classes and want to interact with your tutor in real time.
Choose Distance Learning if you prefer to decide when and where you study and want to progress through the training at your own pace.
Both options allow you to prepare for CeMAP online without travelling to a training centre.
CeMAP Qualification Structure
The CeMAP qualification consists of three modules:
FSRE – Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics
- FRE1: Industry, Regulation and Key Parties – 50 multiple-choice questions, 1-hour assessment and 70% pass mark.
- FRE2: Skills, Principles and Ethical Behaviours – 50 multiple-choice questions, 1-hour assessment and 70% pass mark.
CeMAP 2 – Mortgages
- MRT1: Mortgage Law, Practice and Application – 50 multiple-choice questions, 1-hour assessment and 70% pass mark.
- MRT2: Mortgage Products and Post-Completion – 50 multiple-choice questions, 1-hour assessment and 70% pass mark.
CeMAP 3 – Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge
- Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge – 60 multiple-choice questions with a 70% pass mark.
All the required modules must be successfully completed to achieve the full CeMAP qualification.
Online CeMAP Practice Questions
Our online students can also use Mock-Quiz-Expert to test their knowledge as they progress through their studies.

CeMAP Registration and Assessment Fees
Clarity FT course prices cover our training and study support only.
LIBF registration and assessment fees are not included and are payable separately to LIBF.
You do not need to register for an LIBF assessment before completing your Clarity FT training.
