The Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) is an additional qualification that will enable existing CeMAP qualified advisers to give advice in Equity Release. Equity release refers to circumstances when candidates over a certain age can release equity from their homes to fund retirement or long term care without the need to sell their main residence.
All our courses will be run as REAL TIME WEBINARS for the time being to help combat the spread of the coronavirus. Clarity FT wants to help the global fight to end this pandemic. Your studies should not have to be put on hold. Webinar classes are fully interactive and are professionally run (Click here for details).
Clarity Financial Training LTD will also allow students that have booked onto our Real Time Webinars to opt to our class based courses when it is feasible to do so and social distancing is no longer required. You can book with confidence as the dates will remain the same and there will be no additional cost.
The CeRER meets the FCA regulatory requirements. It is a Level 3 qualification registered with Ofqual in the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). To gain the CeRER qualification candidates must already be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.

- Unit 2 – Equity Release Solutions

- Unit 1 – Fundamentals of Equity Release: 50 multiple-choice questions
- Unit 2 – Equity Release Solutions: 3 case studies each with 10 linked multiple-choice questions
